From children’s shows to comedy nights, star-studded dances to psychic evenings I am sure you will agree there is something to suit all tastes and ages.

EXCITING NEWS

2010 is going to be an exciting year at the Civic Theatre as some major refurbishment takes place. The refurbishment work will be mostly concentrated on the downstairs rooms and the foyer; this will lead to the opening of a brand new Community Arts Centre for Hyndburn in August 2010. A large rehearsal space will be created along with a number of smaller rooms for workshops and meetings. This in turn will enable new groups to rehearse at the theatre and create new shows and performances. There will also be dance classes/drama sessions and art workshops put on for people of all ages. It’s a very exciting project and I’m sure you’ll all agree that it is much needed in the area. Unfortunately, this work can not be done without causing some inconvenience to customers and we do apologise in advance. If you want to know more please contact Gayle Knight on 01254 387851.

In the ongoing economic climate it is critically important that as an Events Team, we listen to our customers and their needs. With this in mind we are asking for your help to please complete our short questionnaire if you haven't already (it should only take you a couple of minutes).
